Sussex County takes very seriously the public's right to know, and has taken numerous steps in recent years to ensure improved public access by posting to the County web site important information such as government agendas, minutes, budgets and other records. Please review our web site first to determine whether the information you seek is already provided online.
Citizens requiring information not found on the County web site can submit their request to the County's designated FOIA coordinator, Chip Guy. Mr. Guy will be charged with directing the request to the department or office that has custody of the records in question.
For questions regarding FOIA, contact Mr. Guy at (302) 854-5000 or submit an email here.
