Business Licenses

All Delaware businesses are required to obtain and hold a current business license.

Sussex County government does not issue business licenses. Licenses are issued through both the Delaware Division of Revenue and local municipalities (for those businesses located in incorporated cities and towns). Check with your local municipality to verify what requirements exist.
