Sussex County Council honored the state champion Delmar High School football team during the regular weekly meeting Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, in Georgetown. The football team won the title in early December, finishing 12-1, good enough to earn the school its seventh state championship for football since 1976. Congratulations, Wildcats!
