Register's Orders

A "Register's Order" is posted to inform the public that an Estate has been opened. Any claim/claims must be filed within eight months of the date of death of the decedent. Claims are filed on a Statement of Claim form with the Register of Wills Office.

The most recent Register's Orders are posted below for your convenience. In the event you cannot locate the estate of a decedent in the postings and would like us to conduct an estate search on your behalf, please complete and return an Estate Search form , along with $5.00 search fee and a self-addressed stamped envelope, to our office. Allow three to five days for results to be returned.
